Best quality powder is melted and compressed in a
heavy duty Hydraulic press which gives it desired hardness and strength. This
process removes air bubbles and eliminates chipping of the tips. Then pieces are
cut into appropriate sizes and are processed into screw in type faces. They are
fitted into a balanced metal head. Faces are easy to replace when worn out.
Applications : Automobile Industries, Aircraft Manufacturing, Fabricators, Foundries, Sheet Metal Industries, Tool Makers, Electricians, etc.

Buffalo Hide faces tightly coiled and heavily pressed on powerful hydraulic press is fixed in to the recess provided in the hammer head. Faces and hammer head turned for correct balance for a faultless blow. Firmness and resilience of blow that will neither dent nor damage a finished surface are the outstanding characteristic of this hammer.
